•This itinerary is usually done in a group, formed by passengers of different nationalities. If there are no other passengers on the requested date, the tour will depart in the same way, individually or in small groups, which may be composed of different people each day. •As in some cities we don’t have a high category hotel so we refer to hotels categories as follows: Economy=03 Stars/Tourist=4 Stars/Silver=5 Stars Standard / Gold=5 Stars Deluxe •You need a valid Passport for not less than 6 months from the date of return of that trip; •Air tickets, when included in the itinerary, are issued with restrictions and may not be refunded. •Flights from Cairo to Aswan or Luxor leave very early in the morning. For that reason, on that day the breakfast may be compact (snack box). •Air tickets, when included in the itinerary, are issued at promotional rates subject to restrictions. Always consult the allowable baggage allowance. •Hotel accommodation generally complies with the international timetable. •Prices are subject to change without prior notice and availability of seats. •Rates are subject to change due to congresses and events. •The breakfast included in the itineraries follows the times established by the hotels. If you need to leave the hotel before this service starts, it will not be performed and there will be no refund. •For operational reasons, the order of the tours may change without prior notice. •The predicted hotels are subject to possible variations to similar hotels at any time, without prior notice. •This itinerary is made essentially, in a group, formed by passengers of various nationalities. •Cancellations must be approved in writing. •Unapproved cancellations will be considered as NO SHOW (100% of the price). •Up to 20 days before arrival, there are no costs to cancel. •With less than 19 days to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the purchased package is charged. •Less than 7 days will be charged as NO SHOW (100% of the price).
